How To Make Sourdough Pizza Crust Recipe

A delicious and tangy pizza crust made with sourdough starter.

  • 1 cup of sourdough starter
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil


  1. In a bowl, mix the sourdough starter, flour, and salt.

  2. Knead the dough for a few minutes until it is smooth.

  3. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

  4. Preheat the oven to 425°F.

  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and place it on a pizza stone.

  6. Add your desired toppings to the pizza.

  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

  8. Drizzle some olive oil on top of the pizza before serving.
