- 4white bread slices,homemade type
- 1cupolive oil,or vegetable oil, or more if needed
Instructions

Cut each slice of bread diagonally into 2 triangles.

Heat the oil in a 10 or 12-inch skillet over medium heat, add the bread, then fry until browned on both sides.

Transfer to paper towels to drain.
