Ingredients

  • 2 cups Original Bisquick
  • cup cherries, dried
  • cup chocolate chips, semisweet
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Mix the Bisquick, cherries, chocolate chips, sugar, whipping cream and egg in a bowl until a soft dough forms.
  3. Place the dough on the surface dusted with bisquick flour. Roll to coat.
  4. Shape into a ball and knead 10 times.
  5. Pat dough into an 8-inch circle on a cookie sheet.
  6. Brush the dough with milk then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  7. Cut into 8 wedges, but do not separate.
  8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Carefully separate wedges then serve warm!
