How To Make Bread Machine Cranberry Bread
This sweet and tangy bread is perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine cranberries, water, and sugar. Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Add flour, yeast, salt, and butter to the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
- Add the cooled cranberry mixture, milk, and beaten egg to the pan.
- Select the basic or sweet bread cycle and start the machine.
- Once the bread is done, remove it from the pan and let cool on a wire rack.
