How To Make 5-Ingredient Pizza Dough

Whipping up your own pizza dough is as easy as 1-2-3! This dough is seasoned with Italian seasoning for extra herby flavors in every bite.

Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes
Rise and Stand Time: 1 hour 5 minutes
Total: 1 hour 40 minutes



  • 1pkginstant yeast
  • 1cupwarm water
  • 3cupsflour
  • 1tbspoil
  • 2tbspItalian seasoning


  1. Combine the yeast and water together. Let sit for 5 minutes.

  2. In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, oil, and Italian seasoning together. Add the yeast mixture.

  3. Combine until mixture forms a ball. Do not over mix. The dough should form a ball and pull away from sides of bowl.

  4. Put the dough in a bowl sprayed with cooking spray. Let rise for 1 hour.

  5. Roll out on floured surface to fit a pizza pan.

  6. Bake at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes. Remove from oven.

  7. Put on toppings of choice and bake for an additional 20 to 25 minutes.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
