  • 1 pound new potatoes, thinly sliced

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into your desired shape and thickness.

  4. Transfer the dough onto a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.

  5. Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.

  6. Arrange the sliced potatoes on top of the cheese, slightly overlapping.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the potatoes are crispy.
