How To Make Beef Rissoles

Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon dried mixed herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, dried herbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Add the beaten egg to the beef mixture and mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Shape the mixture into 8 equal-sized rissoles, flattening them slightly with your hands.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook the rissoles for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and browned.

Serve the beef rissoles with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.
