How To Make Chicken & Sweetcorn Rissoles

Ingredients
- 500g ground chicken
- 1 cup sweetcorn kernels
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, sweetcorn kernels, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Shape the mixture into small patties or rissoles.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the rissoles for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Serve the chicken and sweetcorn rissoles with a side salad or your favorite dipping sauce.
