How To Make Balsamic Beef with Beetroot & Rocket

Ingredients
- 500g beef steak, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 medium beetroots, roasted and diced
- 100g rocket leaves
Instructions

In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Place the beef slices into the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking.

Remove the beef from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.

Serve the beef slices over a bed of roasted beetroot and rocket leaves.

Drizzle any remaining marinade over the dish.
