  • 2tbspcoconut oil
  • ½cuppopcorn kernels
  • ½tspseasoned salt
  • 2ozcheddar cheese powder,of the cheese mix from a box of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese or ⅓ cup Cheddar cheese powder
  • 3cupsCheetos

Instructions

  1. Place the oil into a large heavy-bottomed pot over high heat.

  2. Add popcorn and seasoned salt.

  3. Place a lid on the pot.

  4. Gently shake the pot as the popcorn cooks.

  5. Cook until 90% of the popcorn pops.

  6. Remove the popcorn from the heat.

  7. Place the popcorn in a large bowl.

  8. Quickly sprinkle the Cheddar cheese powder over the popcorn. Stir well to coat the popcorn with the cheese powder.

  9. Add Cheetos and stir to combine.

  10. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
