How To Make Bunny Bait (Easter Funfetti Popcorn)
Treat your sweet tooth with a bowl of Bunny Bait composed of white chocolate-coated popcorns and pretzels, topped with M&M’s and sprinkles!
Serves:
Ingredients
- ½cuppopcorn kernels,unpopped, or 2 bags tender white popcorn
- 12ozplain vanilla Candy Melts,such as Wilton
- 1⅓cupspretzel squares,broken into pieces
- 12ozplain milk chocolate M&Ms,(1 bag) in pastel colors, or Mini M&Ms
- 2ozmulticolored sprinkles
Instructions

Pop the popcorn in a popcorn popper (or alternately in the microwave if using microwave bags of popcorn) according to the manufacturer’s directions. Remove any unpopped popcorn kernels. Toss in broken pretzel pieces and M&Ms.

Melt the Vanilla Candy Melts in a microwave-safe bowl on high power in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until melted and smooth.

Drizzle half of melted chips over popcorn mixture, then stir, tossing gently a few times with a rubber spatula.

Drizzle the remaining half of the melted chips over popcorn, and gently stir the mixture until evenly coated. Don’t over stir, or your sprinkles won’t stick if the white chips begin to set and harden.

Pour the mixture in a single layer onto wax paper. Sprinkle the entire mixture evenly with sprinkles before the vanilla chips set.

Allow to cool and harden, then gently break into pieces, and store in an airtight container.
