How To Make Simple Salmon Snacks
A simple and yet delicious recipe for salmon snack appetizers that can very well be a snack on its own, or the perfect flavor profile to get you ready for any main course.

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 6 oz chunk-style salmon, drained
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 lemon
- ¼ cup carrot, shredded
- 1 tbsp onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp dill weed, fresh-snipped
- 2 cucumbers, medium, sliced
Instructions

Combine cream cheese, salmon, and mayonnaise and mix well. Juice lemon to measure 2 teaspoons of lemon juice.

Zest lemon to measure 1 teaspoon of lemon zest.
- Add lemon juice, lemon zest, shredded carrot, onion, and dill to mixture; mix well.

Slice cucumbers into ¼-inch thick slices.

Top each cucumber with 1 tablespoon of salmon mixture.
- Top if you like with a small sprig of fresh dill for garnish.
