Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Place each salmon fillet on a large piece of foil.

  3. Drizzle each fillet with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Top each fillet with a few slices of lemon.

  5. Fold the foil over the salmon, sealing the edges to create a packet.

  6. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  7. Carefully open the foil packets and transfer the salmon to plates.

  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
