How To Make Baked Salmon in Foil

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place each salmon fillet on a large piece of foil.

Drizzle each fillet with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.

Top each fillet with a few slices of lemon.

Fold the foil over the salmon, sealing the edges to create a packet.

Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Carefully open the foil packets and transfer the salmon to plates.
