Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with foil.

  3. Squeeze the juice of half the lemon over the salmon fillets.

  4. Sprinkle the chopped dill evenly over the salmon.

  5. Drizzle the olive oil over the fillets and season with salt and black pepper.

  6. Place the remaining lemon slices on top of the salmon.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
