Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices of prosciutto
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups croutons
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place a wire rack on a baking sheet.

  2. Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of prosciutto, ensuring the prosciutto covers the entire breast.

  3. Place the wrapped chicken breasts on the wire rack and bake for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the prosciutto is crispy.

  4. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Then, slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

  5. In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss until everything is well coated.

  6. Season with freshly ground black pepper, to taste.

  7. Serve the chicken Caesar & crispy prosciutto bites as a delicious appetizer.
