How To Make Prosciutto Skewered Chicken with Fried Sage Leaves

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 slices of prosciutto
- 16 fresh sage leaves
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of prosciutto, securing with toothpicks if needed.

Thread 4 sage leaves onto each skewer, alternating with the prosciutto-wrapped chicken.

Brush the chicken skewers with olive oil on both sides.

Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and the prosciutto is crispy.

In a separate pan, heat the remaining olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the remaining sage leaves and fry for about 30 seconds, until crispy.

Remove the chicken skewers from the grill and top each skewer with a few fried sage leaves.
