How To Make Herby Cheese Roulade

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil, and chives)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.

  3. Stir in the grated cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.

  4. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread it evenly.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the roulade is set and golden brown.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

  7. Gently roll up the roulade using the parchment paper and transfer it to a serving platter.

  8. Slice into thick pieces and serve warm.
