How To Make 3-Ingredient Coconut Oil Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2cupsself-rising flour,store-bought or homemade
  • ¼cupcoconut oil,solid
  • ¾cupmilk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. Add the self-rising flour and coconut oil to a mixing bowl, then use a pastry cutter or forks to cut the coconut oil into the flour until the mixture is like fine crumbs.

  3. Stir in the milk until the mixture forms a soft dough and no longer sticks to the sides of the bowl.

  4. Knead the mixture until combined, careful not to over-knead.

  5. Turn the dough out onto a cutting board that has been lightly dusted with flour.

  6. Gently roll the dough out until it reaches a ½-inch thickness.

  7. Use a biscuit cutter to cut out the biscuits, then transfer then onto a baking sheet.

  8. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the biscuits have risen and have slightly begin to brown on top.

  9. Serve warm, and enjoy!
