Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Butterfly the chicken breasts by slicing horizontally through the middle, without cutting all the way through.

In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped chives, salt, and pepper.

Spread about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto one side of each chicken breast.

Fold the chicken breasts closed and secure with toothpicks.

Heat some olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the stuffed chicken breasts on each side until golden brown.

Transfer the seared chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Remove the toothpicks and serve the stuffed chicken breasts hot.
