How To Make Recipe Bourbon and Brown Sugar Glaze

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, add the brown sugar, bourbon, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, garlic cloves, and black pepper.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved.

  3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.

  4. Brush the glaze onto your grilled meat during the last few minutes of cooking.
