How To Make Maple and Dijon Glaze Recipe

This is a sweet and tangy glaze to enhance the flavor of any protein.

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

  2. Brush glaze onto the protein, reserving some for brushing halfway through cooking.

  3. Bake or grill protein according to desired doneness, brushing with remaining glaze halfway through cooking.
