Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of burgundy wine
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the shallot and garlic, and cook until softened.

Stir in the burgundy wine, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and dried thyme. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for 15 minutes, or until the sauce has reduced by half.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
