- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
