How To Make Instant Pot Shrimp Alfredo Recipe
Creamy and delicious shrimp Alfredo cooked in an Instant Pot.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound fettuccine pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions

Add shrimp, garlic, chicken broth, and fettuccine pasta to the Instant Pot.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set the pressure release valve to sealing.

Select manual/pressure cook mode at high pressure for 5 minutes.

Once the cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.

Remove the lid, add Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, and unsalted butter.

Stir the pasta well until everything is well combined.

Serve hot and garnish with fresh parsley.
