How To Make Instant Pot Shrimp Pasta Recipe

This delicious and easy-to-make shrimp pasta is cooked in an Instant Pot.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb linguine
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add linguine, shrimp, olive oil, garlic, onion, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, oregano, salt, and black pepper to the Instant Pot and stir to combine.

  2. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.

  3. Once done, do a quick release.

  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley (optional) before serving.
