How To Make Instant Pot Shrimp and Broccoli Recipe
Quick and easy shrimp and broccoli cooked in the Instant Pot for a tasty and healthy meal.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb. of broccoli florets
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 tsp of minced garlic
- 1 tsp of grated ginger
- 1 tbsp of cornstarch
- 2 tbsp of water
- Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions

Add shrimp, broccoli, water, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger to the Instant Pot.

Close the lid and set the valve to sealing. Select manual and set the timer for 3 minutes.

Once the timer goes off, do a quick release and carefully remove the lid.

Switch to saute mode. Mix cornstarch and water together and add it to the Instant Pot. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Serve with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish.
