How To Make Instant Pot Shrimp Boil Recipe
A flavorful meal with succulent shrimp, juicy sausage, tender corn, and creamy potatoes infused with classic cajun spices.

Ingredients
- 1 lb uncooked large shrimp, deveined and peeled
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 4 ears of corn, cut in thirds
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, halved
- 4 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 4 cups of water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Turn on the Instant Pot pressure cooker and press the Saute button.

Add sliced sausage, onion, and garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until onion is translucent.

Add water, potatoes, corn, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Add shrimp and lemon halves to the pot.

Lock the lid and set the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.

Once done, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.

Discard the lemon halves and serve the shrimp boil hot.
