How To Make Instant Pot Shrimp and Green Bean Stir-Fry Recipe
A quick and flavorful meal that combines shrimp, green beans, and a savory sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ginger, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, cornstarch, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.

Turn on the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add vegetable oil.

Once hot, stir in shrimp and cook until pink on both sides. Remove and set aside.

Add green beans and red bell pepper to the Instant Pot and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Return shrimp to the pot and pour in the sauce.

Add water and deglaze the bottom of the pot.

Cover and cook on high pressure for 2 minutes.

Once done, release pressure manually and open the lid.

Serve hot on top of rice.
