How To Make Instant Pot Shrimp and Grits Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup quick cooking grits
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
- 2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions

In the Instant Pot, combine grits and chicken broth. Stir well.

Set Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 10 minutes. Once done, quick release pressure.

Stir in cheese, heavy cream, and butter until melted and creamy.

In a separate bowl, toss shrimp with Old Bay seasoning and garlic powder.

Turn Instant Pot to sauté mode and add olive oil.

Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.

Serve grits topped with shrimp and garnished with chopped green onions.
