Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup roasted salted sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, sunflower seeds, red onion, and raisins.

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.

  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
