- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup roasted salted sunflower seeds
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine broccoli, sunflower seeds, red onion, and raisins.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
