  • 2 cups kale leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Add kale, almond milk, sunflower seeds, banana, and honey to a blender.

  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
