  • 1 cup of fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup of roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
  • 2 garlic cloves

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse basil, sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast, and garlic until finely chopped.

  2. Slowly drizzle in olive oil and lemon juice while pulsing until well combined.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
