How To Make Sunflower Seed and Avocado Toast Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a pan.

  2. In a small bowl, mash the avocados with a fork and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

  3. Spread the avocado mixture evenly on the toast slices.

  4. Drizzle olive oil over the avocado and sprinkle sunflower seeds on top.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
