How To Make Hemp Seed Granola

A crunchy and delicious breakfast or snack option loaded with the goodness of hemp seeds.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats, hemp seeds, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. Spread mixture out over a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.

  4. Let cool completely and store in an airtight container.
