  • 1 cup of hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup of almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of garlic powder

  • 1/4 cup of water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the hemp seeds, almond flour, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  3. Add water to the bowl, mixing until all ingredients are well combined.

  4. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray.

  5. Pour the mixture onto the parchment paper and use a spatula to smooth out the mixture and create a thin layer.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes until the crackers are golden and crispy.
