  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup of hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together hemp seeds, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Beat eggs in a separate bowl.

  4. Dip chicken breasts in eggs one at a time, then coat in the hemp seed mixture.

  5. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
