How To Make Hemp Seed and Banana Bread

Delicious and healthy hemp seed and banana bread that’s perfect for breakfast or as a snack.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together mashed bananas, hemp seeds, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together baking soda, salt, and flour.

  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

  5. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  6. Cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
