How To Make Hemp Seed and Banana Bread
Delicious and healthy hemp seed and banana bread that’s perfect for breakfast or as a snack.

Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mix together mashed bananas, hemp seeds, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together baking soda, salt, and flour.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
