These vegan snack balls are filled with nutty hemp seeds and sweetened with coconut.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup dates
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend coconut, hemp seeds, dates, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sea salt until a sticky dough forms.

  2. Roll dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

  3. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
