Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Beat the egg, then add milk, vinegar, maple syrup, and oil.

  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients while stirring.

  4. Heat a nonstick pan and pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.

  5. Flip pancake when the edges are dry and bubbles form on the surface.

  6. Serve with toppings of your choice.
