Ingredients
- 4 slices of whole grain bread
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tbsp of hemp seeds
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Toast the bread slices in a toaster or in the oven.

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.

Mash the avocado with a fork and add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
