Ingredients

  • 4 slices of whole grain bread
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp of hemp seeds
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices in a toaster or in the oven.

  2. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.

  3. Mash the avocado with a fork and add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  4. Spread the avocado mixture on each toast slice.

  5. Sprinkle hemp seeds on top of the avocado mixture.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
