Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well combined.

  3. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

  4. Serve with crackers, chips or sliced fresh vegetables.
