How To Make Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Arrange Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until the edges are crispy and the center is tender.

  5. Serve hot.
