Ingredients

  • 4 cups of bread cubes
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 celery stalks, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of dried sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups of vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion, celery, garlic, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper. Cook until vegetables are soft.

  3. Stir in bread cubes and vegetable broth until well combined.

  4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
