- 2 medium cucumbers, peeled and diced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cold water
Instructions

In a blender, combine diced cucumber, Greek yogurt, fresh mint leaves, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Add cold water to the mixture and blend again.
