  • 6 cups of cubed watermelon
  • 1/2 cup of fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup of lime juice
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1 cup of cold water


  1. Add watermelon, mint leaves, lime juice, honey, and salt to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Add in cold water and blend again until well combined.

  3. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.

  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve cold.
