  • 4 peaches, halved and pitted
  • 8 cups mixed baby greens
  • 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Brush peach halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
