  • 8 cups of mixed greens
  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
  • 8 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup of blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup of red onion, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Ranch dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, chicken, bacon, eggs, avocado, blue cheese, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.

  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Toss salad until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

  4. Serve with a side of ranch dressing.
