Ingredients

  • 4 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Arrange tomato slices and mozzarella slices on a large plate or platter.

  2. Place basil leaves on top of the tomato and cheese slices.

  3. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad.

  4. Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste.
