How To Make BBQ Chicken Salad
A flavorful and healthy salad made with grilled chicken, fresh vegetables, and a homemade BBQ dressing.

Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper
- 6 cups of mixed greens
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup of corn kernels
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
Instructions

Season the chicken with salt and pepper and grill for 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through. Slice into strips.

In a large bowl, mix together the mixed greens, red onion, tomatoes, avocado, corn, and cilantro.

In a small bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic, and olive oil.

Add the chicken to the salad and drizzle with the BBQ dressing.
