How To Make Teriyaki Beef Skewers Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

In a large bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.

Add beef cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
